Our basic level of cover

For vehicles of any age and any mileage at inception

Specific listed parts only

This Includes

  • Included Engine (internal components)
  • Included Gearbox (internal components)
  • Included Car hire or overnight accommodation if repair takes over 8 hours*
  • Included Working materials – replacing or topping up oils, antifreeze and other fluids (up to £50 inc VAT)**
  • Included Hybrid & Electric vehicles
  • Included Up to 30 days European cover***

Key exclusions:

  • Not Included Wear and tear (gradual decline of parts from normal use over time)
  • Not Included All batteries
  • Not Included Diagnosis (checks needed to identify a fault)
  • Not Included Sat Nav/ Media
  • Not Included Key Fobs/Key cards
  • Not Included Air conditioning condenser

Exclusions that apply to all products:

Perishable items e.g. rubber bushes, bodywork, serviceable items, hoses or pipes, pre-existing faults, repairs completed without prior approval, carbon build-up

Our standard level of cover

For vehicles up to 10 years old and 100,000 miles at inception

Almost all mechanical & electrical parts

This Includes

  • Included Engine (internal components)
  • Included Gearbox (internal components)
  • Included Car hire or overnight accommodation if repair takes over 8 hours*
  • Included Working materials – replacing or topping up oils, antifreeze and other fluids**
  • Included Hybrid & Electric vehicles
  • Included Up to 30 days European cover***
  • Included Diagnosis (checks needed to identify a fault) if a claim is approved
  • Included Parts typically replaced in pairs
  • Included Air conditioning condenser
  • Included NOX/ABS/Oxygen Sensors
  • Included Sat Nav/Media (up to £500 inc VAT)
  • Included Key Fobs/Key cards (up to £200 inc VAT)

Key exclusions:

  • Not Included Wear and tear (gradual decline of parts from normal use over time)
  • Not Included All batteries

  • Included Working materials – replacing or topping up oils, antifreeze and other fluids**
  • Included Hybrid & Electric vehicles
  • Included Up to 60 days European cover***
  • Included Diagnosis (checks needed to identify a fault) if a claim is approved
  • Included Parts typically replaced in pairs
  • Included Air conditioning condenser
  • Included NOX/ABS/Oxygen Sensors
  • Included Sat Nav/Media (up to policy claim limit)
  • Included Key Fobs/Key cards (up to £200 inc VAT)
  • Included Fuel injector
  • Included Bluetooth
  • Included Catalytic converter
  • Included 12V Battery (up to 6 months after inception)
  • Included Wear & tear up to 85,000 miles
  • Included Diesel Particulate Filter
  • Included Oil seals
  • Included Glow plugs

Key exclusions:

  • Not Included Wear and tear over 85,000 miles (gradual decline of parts from normal use over time)
